Is There a Warranty on TrophyBars Products?

As with all products, the warranty period for the TrophyBars Intermediate Weft products we produce is 2 years, starting from the invoicing date. It covers manufacturing and assembly errors detected within this 2-year period.

 

TrophyBars is entirely our own production and with this advantage, we provide support to our customers in after-sales processes and especially in parts damage, loss and negative situations that are not covered by the warranty. If you contact us, we offer you the opportunity to obtain the relevant part without having to purchase a complete set of products due to a problem with any part.

 

Warranty Regulation

Warranty process; Kolaylı Automotive San. Tic. and San. Ltd. Şti. It covers manufacturing and assembly defects detected within the warranty period in products manufactured under the TROPHYBARS brand of.

 

The warranty period for the TROPHYBARS Roof Rack System is 2 years from the invoice date.

 

Indicating the limitations and exclusions stated in this warranty, Kolaylı Otomotiv San. Tic. and Paz. Ltd. Şti. undertakes to eliminate manufacturing and assembly defects within the warranty period by carrying out the necessary repairs or replacing defective parts (at the manufacturer's discretion).

 

There are the following limitations and exclusions regarding warranty obligations for products manufactured under the TROPHYBARS brand:

  • Guarantee; It does not cover defects resulting from situations such as misuse, overloading (Maximum 75 kg) and incorrect installation (including violation of driving regulations) or the use of equipment that violates the product's user manual.
  • It does not cover damage to the automobile, cargo, other property of the user and third parties.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. (Surface condition, wear of fittings, etc.)
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence (scratches, cuts, dents, cracks, etc.).
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by transport companies due to careless transportation (squeezing, impact, cutting, tipping, etc.).
